Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Carbon Clarity Score™ charges a one-time fee to unlock a full ESG assessment report. Once payment is completed and the report is generated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

The reason for this strict policy is:

• The report is generated instantly and in its entirety at the moment of payment using the data you submitted.
• The analytical output is personalised to your specific inputs and cannot be "returned" or invalidated once delivered.
• The value of the service (computation, framework mapping, recommendation generation) is fully consumed upon report generation.
• The accuracy and relevance of the report is entirely dependent on the quality of data provided by you. Chabil Consulting cannot be held responsible for reports that reflect inaccurate, incomplete, or estimated data entered by the user.

2. Cancellation Policy

There is no subscription or recurring billing — Carbon Clarity Score™ is a one-time purchase per assessment. As such, cancellation does not apply to completed orders.

If you initiate payment but the transaction fails or is declined before the report is generated, no amount will be debited. In the rare event of a duplicate charge (two successful debits for one order), contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund the duplicate amount.

3. Disclaimer on Report Accuracy

By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Carbon Clarity Score™ report is an automated analytical output based entirely on the data you provided.
• Chabil Consulting does not verify, audit, or certify the accuracy of user-submitted data.
• The report is indicative and does not constitute a formal ESG audit, certification, or regulatory compliance statement.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the data entered is accurate, current, and representative of your organisation's actual operations.
• Chabil Consulting shall not be liable for any regulatory, commercial, or reputational consequences arising from use of this report.

4. Technical Issues

If payment was successfully charged but you did not receive access to your full report due to a technical error on our platform (not due to browser/session issues on your end), contact us within 48 hours at hello@chabilconsulting.com with your payment reference number. We will restore access or, at our sole discretion, issue a credit for a future assessment.
