These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Carbon Clarity Score™ assessment platform ("Platform") operated by Chabil Consulting Services OPC PVT LTD("Chabil", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Carbon Clarity Score™ is an ESG self-assessment tool that generates an indicative carbon and sustainability score based entirely on data submitted by the user. The Platform provides:
The accuracy of the Carbon Clarity Score™ report is entirely dependent on the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the data provided by you. Chabil Consulting does not verify, audit, or independently confirm any data entered into the Platform. The report is an automated analytical output and does not constitute a formal audit, certification, or regulatory compliance declaration.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Full report access requires a one-time payment processed through Razorpay. Payment is in Indian Rupees (INR). Once payment is confirmed, access to your full report is granted immediately for the current session. Report access is tied to the session and the registered account; sharing or reselling report access is prohibited.
All payments are non-refundable. Because the full report is generated instantly upon payment and delivered in its entirety based on the data you submitted, no refund can be issued once the report has been generated and accessed. Please review your input data carefully before proceeding to payment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
The Platform, including its scoring methodology, design, and generated reports, is the intellectual property of Chabil Consulting Services OPC PVT LTD. You may use your report for internal business purposes only. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of the Platform's methodology or reports is prohibited without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chabil Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on the report, including but not limited to regulatory penalties, business losses, or reputational harm.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
